On my first visit Peter suggested that I clean out the toxins that had built up over 55 years from the four primary filters.
This was a relatively simple procedure and made so much sense to me. On completion of the cleanse I lost that sluggish feeling. In fact, I now have the energy of my teenage years. I then realised that if you give your body the right basic conditions it is able to deal with most health problems.
